The 2023 NFL Draft will take place over the next three days in Kansas City in the iconic area around Union Station and the National WWI Museum and Memorial, bringing together fans to celebrate one of football’s most popular and eagerly awaited traditions. As part of the event, NFL Draft Experience – the NFL’s interactive football theme park – will allow fans of all teams to test their football skills, enjoy interactive exhibits and autograph sessions, and take pictures with the Vince Lombardi Trophy. The Draft Experience will be open all three days of the event!
You can find all the kid-centered entertainment on the South Lawn of the National WWI Museum and Memorial. Important tip: It’s all free, but everyone has to register on the NFL One Pass app in advance.
Adults who register to participate in NFL Draft Experience activities can add up to five minors on their account so kids can partake in the activities. You don't have to re-register if you forget to add a minor to your account. Your QR code will be scanned as many times as needed to give everyone access.
The NFL Play60 Zone is the child-focused entertainment center for the NFL Draft. On-field clinics are open to kids ages 6-14. Daily clinics open on a first-come, first-served basis and are scheduled on all three days: April 27: Noon to 9 p.m. April 28: Noon to 9 p.m. April 29: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Activities include:
Field goal challenge: Take a shot at kicking a field goal just like the pros.
Gear Up and Go: Kids can try on NFL equipment.
Vertical Jump: Take your position at the vertical jump and find out how high you can touch, just like at the NFL Scouting Combine.
Field Goal Kick: Test your ability to kick a field goal through NFL uprights at the National WWI Museum and Memorial lawn.
Hail Mary: Test your long-distance accuracy like a pro by throwing a deep pass over defenders into a drop-in net.
40-Yard Dash: Race down the field against your opponents and digital NFL players on a giant 40-yard-long LED wall.
Additional info for families:
- The NFL Clear Bag Policy will be in effect for the NFL Draft.
- Strollers are allowed, subject to screening. There is a special security check for medically necessary items. Bags must comply with the NFL's Clear Bag policy.
- There will be two Mothers Rooms on site at the 2023 NFL Draft presented by Bud Light. At the Draft Experience presented by Panini Trading Cards there will be a Mother's Tent located on the South side of the National WWI Museum and Memorial. For guests within the Draft Theater, there is a dedicated Mothers Room on the West side of the Theater. For assistance visit a Fan Services Tent on site.
- KultureCity will be on site with trained volunteers, sensory bags, and 2 mobile sensory rooms for families and individuals who have sensory needs. One of the major barriers for individuals with sensory needs is sensitivity to overstimulation and noise, which is expected to be part of the Draft environment. Sensory bags, equipped with noise-canceling headphones, fidget tools, and verbal cue cards will be available for fans to use and take home at no additional cost. The two mobile sensory room locations are – adjacent to the Draft Theater ticketing tents and on the South side of the National WWI Museum and Memorial near the Play Football Clinic Field at Draft Experience presented by Panini Trading Cards. KultureCity will also have special wristbands available for families and individuals with sensory needs that can be utilized to be expedited to the front of lines.
