Description
The popular annual Santa’s Express at the National Agricultural Center and Hall of Fame is being transformed this holiday season into a drive-thru wonderland of holiday lights, music and a nativity featuring a camel, donkey, cow, sheep and goats.
Santa’s Express in Lights runs for two weekends from 5:30 to 9 p.m. Friday and Saturday, Dec. 4-5 andDec. 11-12, at the Ag Hall of Fame, 630 N. 126th St. in Bonner Springs, Kansas.
As they drive along the luminary-lit route, visitors will delight in seeing Farm Town, tractors, the barn, the train and Christmas trees all dazzling with holiday lights.
From the comfort and safety of their cars, families can see the animals in the nativity and wave to Santa and Mrs. Claus and their elves.
Kids are invited to write a letter to Santa – or download a letter template – and bring it to place in Santa’s North Pole mailbox.
Visitors are encouraged to bring canned food items and put them in the Harvesters food barrels at the entrance. This is the first event of several planned throughout 2021 in which the Ag Hall will be celebrating its 60 th anniversary with educational programs about agriculture and our food supply, and giving back to the community through Harvesters.
Suggested minimum admission donation to Santa’s Express in Lights is $10 per car. Proceeds benefit the Ag Hall’s agriculture education programs for children and adults.

Drive-through only, all visitors must stay in their cars (no restrooms available). The entrance is on 126th Street. Please follow the directional signs and instructions of the event staff. The route will exit into the parking lot of Providence Medical Center Amphitheater and onto 130th Street.
