KCKPL Offers Online Activities and Services for the Whole Family

By Melissa Basgall, Macaroni Kid Kansas City - Leavenworth May 15, 2020

The Kansas City, Kansas Public Library is offering multiple online activities and services for the whole family.  They have ebooks, streaming movies and music, learning databases, homework help, and more available online at their eCommunity , accessible with just your library card. If you don't have a card, you can sign up for an eCard online, available to anyone in the KC metro.

They’re also doing live storytimes and "Ask a Librarian" hours on their Facebook page each week day, along with their daily book and movie recommendations.  They also have their new programming blog, where they post several activities each week that you can enjoy at home (we’re doing this jellyfish plate activity today!)  To find links to all of these, just visit kckpl.org and look through the scrolling banner at the top of the page.
