It's All About the Food, and Jenny Craig's is Delicious!

This article highlights my journey with Jenny Craig for the week of April 5th-April 11th.

 

My Jenny Craig journey continues to be fantastic. Seriously, if it weren’t for the My Rapid Results program, I would 100% be gaining the “quarantine fifteen” everyone is talking about. I love food, and I like to eat. Without the structure of this program, who knows what I would be putting in my body right now. This week I want to share with you a little bit more about the Jenny Craig food itself. I have a ton of favorites, and I’ll highlight a few of them here. 

 

Breakfast has always been my favorite meal of the day. My three absolute favorite Jenny Craig breakfasts are the Classic Waffles, Sunrise Scramble and the Ranchero Skillet. All three are super filling, and I love that the Jenny Craig program allows me to eat a real, full breakfast, not just a smoothie or a bar. 

 



 

I love the Jenny Craig Vanilla Cream Shake the best, but the Chocolate Dream Shake is tasty as well. I just like the Vanilla Cream Shake because it’s super good with berries added! The shakes are great for a mid-morning treat between meals while I’m working away at my kitchen table. (or when I was on the go with work before COVID-19).

 

 

My favorite lunch and dinner meals are the Chicken Chile Verde, the Chicken Street Tacos, and Classic Chicken Carbonara. The variety in the hot lunches and dinners with Jenny Craig is seriously impressive. I never get bored of eating the same thing over and over, and all the meals are well seasoned and really delicious. 

 


 

 

Of course, the snacks are probably the best part. While there are all kinds of sweet, chocolate desserts and snacks, my favorite is actually the Blue Corn Tortilla Chips. I pair it with a few tablespoons of salsa for a satisfying evening snack. 



It’s shocking what I can eat on this program and still see results, isn’t it? I’m telling you, I’m eating better for myself now than I ever have before. It feels so good to be rocking the Jenny Craig program and seeing results week after week. I’ll see you back here next week to share more of this fantastic journey.
