If the kids in your household are anything like the one in mine, everything is Frozen II right now! The digital release was on Tuesday, and we've already seen the movie at least 3 times since. My 4 year old is singing  “Ahh-ahh, ooh-ooh" in her sleep! If you haven't seen the movie yet and don't know what I'm referring to, watch it and you'll soon find yourself singing “Ahh-ahh, ooh-ooh" in the car by yourself. Ask me how I know!

Frozen II is the number one animated feature film of all time, and I can absolutely see why. The themes of the movie are fantastic for everyone, from toddlers to adults. Through the Frozen II journey we learn about pursuing destiny for the greater good, perseverance, growing up and of course, love, among other things.

The movie starts with sisters Anna and Elsa flashing back early childhood, when through a bedtime story and lullaby, they learn about the Northuldra tribe. The story starts to unfold, as Elsa is called to seek the truth behind her magical powers and what is threatening her kingdom. Together with Anna, Kristoff, Olaf and Sven, she sets out on a dangerous but remarkable journey. In “Frozen,” Elsa feared her powers were too much for the world. In the highly anticipated sequel, she must hope they are enough to save Arendelle!

Frozen II has all the fantastic elements we find in so many Disney animated films. Magic, enchantment, adventure, mystery, love and action! The movie itself also teaches about the four elements, earth, fire, wind and water. The element theme is carried throughout the film, both in the form of spiritual elemental symbols, and in physical form. Fire is represented with fire spirit character Bruni, who shoots purplish-pink flames. Water is represented with a mystical water-horse called Nokk. Earth is represented with massive rock giants. Wind is represented with a conscious airflow called Gale. It's really fun to see how Disney incorporated all these details to carry the elemental theme throughout the film.

Frozen II is jam packed with everything we loved about Frozen, with further character development, new storylines, and so many new songs and jokes that you'll be singing and quoting the film for weeks ( including the aforementioned, super catchy song, "Into the Unknown" that will have your whole family "Ahh-ahhing").

So here's what you need to know about getting your version of Frozen II:
